Town
From 1987
until 1989.
Guy was a
graphic artist in Johannesburg for Americom comic agency. It was during this
time that he helped found Neil Napper’s illustration company, Storyteller
Group, which uses comics as a basis for education. In 1990, Guy was the Game
Ranger at Ngala Game Lodge, Eastern Transvaal. He returned to Knysna in 1991 and
the following year he took up the post of Head of Art at Oakhill School,
Knysna. During this time he was also a game farmer and in 1996 he left Oakhill
School. Since 1996 he has been manager/owner of the Buffalo Valley Game Farm
and Bush Lodge. Guy is married with two sons.
